Avon Waters’ upcoming session of pastel classes at the Kokomo Art Center will begin on Thursday, February 20th.

 

Classes will be held from 2-4 pm on four Thursdays:

 

February 20 & 27 

March 6 & 13

 

The class fee is $20/class ($80 total)
