Synergy Saturday: Find Your Flow Amongst Art
Experience the mindful practice of yoga as you've never experienced it before. Join us for a unique Synergy Saturday session led by certified yoga instructor Patrick Redmon.
What to Expect: This special 90-minute session will be held in the inspiring environment of the Kokomo Art Center. Patrick will guide you through a thoughtful yoga practice, connecting your breath and body amidst the beauty of our 98th Annual Spring Art Show. It's a space designed for peace and connection.
